Located in the heart of the Pays d'Auge in the town of Crouttes, a charming village nestled on the rare reliefs of the region also including troglodytes, a stone's throw from the church of Saint-Michel and the Priory of Saint-Michel classified as historical monuments, near the villages of Camembert and Livarot famous for their cheeses and at the crossroads of many hiking trails (200km), and 50 km from the sea.
All shops 6 km away, train stations 30 minutes away (Argentan, Lisieux). Deauville and the beaches 50 km away, Paris 200 km away, local leisure activities within an 8 km radius: tennis, equestrian centre for young and old, lake, fishing, petanque courts...

Fully furnished and comfortable, with two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds), this former 19th century presbytery, divided into two parts, is a perfect and quiet place to welcome couples and families to take a holiday.
Hiking in the pastures or on the paths, relaxing in the garden, visiting the church and the abbey of Saint Michel (near the house), discovering world-famous cheeses and cider houses... are all welcome activities.
