Maison Avec Jardin Proche de la Forêt et du Parc Equestre

Our holiday home, with private garden not fenced for the pet that may be accepted, is close to the airport, family-friendly activities (hiking, horseback riding for young and old), the forest and public transport. You will appreciate our accommodation (not classified) for its comfort, its calm, the location, the outdoor spaces and the area.

Our accommodation is perfect for couples (with children). House of 100 m² of living space with garden and south-facing terrace equipped with a table, armchairs and sunbeds comprising:
On the ground floor:
- an entrance hall with cupboard, a toilet with washbasin and a washing machine
- a living room of 38m² opening onto the terrace with 80cm flat screen TV
-A dining area with an open kitchen and equipped with an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a 4-burner induction hob, an extractor hood and a microwave oven. A classic coffee maker and a tassimo.
Upstairs:
-3 bedrooms with a 1.4m bed in 2 of them and a 1.6m bed in the 3rd with a 60cm flat screen TV.
- a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet
-A children's bedroom with two 90cm beds
- a bathroom with bathtub and washbasin on a cabinet
A contribution to the electricity (€0.20/kwh) and water (€6/m3) charges according to consumption readings is added to the rental price.
Bed linen and towels can be rented on site.
The end-of-stay cleaning fee (mandatory) is charged in addition (60€)
We accept pets after prior authorisation for an additional fee of 50€ for one pet.
We have a reasonable and eco-responsible pricing policy, which is why we charge tenants at the end of their stay for the actual consumption of water and electricity according to metre readings (0.20€/kwh and 6€/m3).

We rent this family holiday home during the periods when we are not occupying it. It is not a classified hotel residence.
