🏔️Ski Access~Hot Tub~Studio Premier 201🏔️

First floor, upgraded studio condominium, steps away from Snowmass Ski Area & our two-tier on-site hot tubs. This condominium includes a full kitchen, living room with a queen sleeper sofa, one attached bathroom, a queen bed in the bedroom, a patio with a grill and a personal wood-burning fireplace. Sleeps up to four people comfortably. Laurelwood 201 offers a relaxing, spacious and cozy mountain retreat, regardless of the season.

Laurelwood 201 is located right off Snowmass Mountain, featuring incredible ski-in, ski-out access. Located in the heart of Snowmass Village, you are steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more.

Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Laurelwood, there are two tiered hot tubs available for guest use, which is a great way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking.

Parking is owned by the town of Snowmass Village, and is a charge of $20.00/day during ski season only. Other times of the year, parking is free. During winter you will need to purchase a parking pass from the front desk upon arrival.

On-site at Laurelwood, there are several coin operated washer/dryers available for use. Detergent is available for purchase at the front desk, or you may bring your own. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but a box fan is provided in the bedroom closet and it is highly effective in cooling the room down quickly.

We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember!

Great room and property

Great room, very clean and full kitchen (even a smoothie blender), in nice location with access to close by restaurants. Only complaint is I wish they provided a quieter fan… there is no A/C, but there is a box fan in the closet.

Nice access to the mountain

We had a very nice stay. The beds were comfortable and the unit was well stocked. We enjoyed the proximity of the hot tub after a day of skiing. The only down side was the musty smell when we first arrived. Grinding some ice with a lemon in the garbage disposal cured that problem. We would stay here again.

Aspen getaway!

Wonderful studio condo! Loved walking right outside the place to hear the little waterfall and see the Aspen trees changing during fall. It was amazing having parking right a crossed the street! Check-in and out procedures were smooth and very easy! Will come back!

Balloon ride cancelled

Not the fault of this property but our balloon ride with “Above it All” was cancelled as they didn’t have enough paying customers to take up the flight, so disappointed as this was the purpose of our trip to Aspen. The property was as fine, the area a disappointment.
