Spacious beachfront estate is situated on lush tropical grounds, nestled in between palm trees. Enter the grounds thru the privacy gate to enjoy two swimming pools, Jacuzzi, waterfalls and your private tennis court. Cottage Pool can be heated at $175 per day plus taxes. Inside the beautiful mansion are gorgeous slate and wooden flooring. Enjoy the wide-open layout of the kitchen, living room and ocean view dining room. Decorated with contemporary furnishings with a touch of island flair. Lots of windows and skylights to enjoy the tropical breezes and natural lighting.

For larger families the two bedroom, two bath, cottage offers luxury at its finest! Modern furnishings, gourmet kitchen, tile flooring, with marble and grant accents throughout complete with central air conditioning. Located just a short walk down the beach from the Kahala Hotel & Resort. Shopping and dining at the Kahala Mall and Waikiki, close by. A truly memorable vacation for large family reunions or corporate retreats. No parties, weddings or receptions allowed.

What an incredible property! IT has everything you need. House is great, pools are fantastic, pickelball court is endless hours of family and competition! walk out the back and days on the beach and snorkeling. good not ask for anything better!!

Awesome house for big group

Perfect spot on the beach

This house is close enough to Honolulu to go for a hike on Diamond head and to see the sites, but far enough out to be quiet and relaxing. There is so much space to spread out between the house, cottage, and yard that you can have a big family gathering and not be on top of each other. The kids were in the pool every day and the adults enjoyed a soak in the hot tub at night. It's a great spot and I will come back when I get a chance!

Perfect multi family getaway

Stayed here with a party of 12 (three families) and the space was amazing. The pictures don’t do the size of the property justice. We never felt like we were invading each others space and the kids (6 total) were busy with activities on the property all day. The beach is beautiful and Waikiki is a short drive away. The property manager was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Spectacular property

We had ten nights with fourteen friends and family (all 60). Fantastic location, beautiful beachfront views, very comfortable and well-appointed accommodations. Manager provided rubber adhesives to re-mark tennis courts for pickleball, and this was used extensively. Highly recommended. Very responsive management quickly addressed our few minor issues.

The Kahala property was absolutely perfect for our large family. Spacious, well-appointed and ideally located, it couldn't have been any better for our group. Beautiful ocean front home

The property, the house everything was amazing. There is enough room for everyone. We traveled with 7 people and everything was clean and very tidy. The pools were beautiful and being oceanfront was just amazing. The beach was beautiful. The host were great easy to communicate with and very respectful. Honestly one of the most beautiful properties I’ve stayed at I would definitely go there again in a heartbeat, and honestly if you’re looking for a place to stay, that is oceanfront and has a pool, but not all the people this is the one I recommend, you will not regret it! Your waterfront with the lily pads were just beautiful. It’s very serene full of aloha property. You won’t regret it.

Peaceful, relaxing hideaway from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki!

This property has direct ocean access and daily awe-inspiring views of the sun rising over Koko Head. Our family had a wonderful experience. We could run over to the North Shore in less than an hour and enjoy Waikiki Beach with all of its shopping and dining attractions. The Property Manager Amy was kind and thoughtful, and she made our stay memorable in many ways. We called her at 4:00 am when the water did not work. She answered her phone live and researched the problem. The water main had broken the night before and the utility was working hard to restore service to our side of the island. It was back on before the sunrise. Great property, great location, great manager. We'll be back!!

Beautiful and well exceeded our expectations-family of 13!

This property was absolutely more beautiful than words can say and perfect for our family of 13-6 adults, and 7 grandchildren ranging in ages 3 yrs. to 16. It was even better than we could imagine! Everyone had a comfy bed (with the pac n play and high quality air mattress for the 5 yr. old). The property manager and staff were extremely kind and helpful answering many questions and adding recommendations for various events. The manager was assessable and assured me our visit and comfort was her most important mission at the time. We were presented a welcome gift of fruit and cookies during our check in process which was quick and informative, home was clean, the amenities were beyond expectation, the location was perfect and well secured. Security was a concern with so many children but of the compound was surrounded by a secure fence, pedestrian gates and driveway gate. Check out was smooth and quick. This rental was well worth our time and investment.

Perfect family vacation

We had 12 people (10 adults and 2 kids) spanning 4 generations. The oldest was 80, and the youngest was 2. Everyone had a different lifestyle, mobility, and interest. This was a perfect vacation for all. The older family members stayed in the cottage and loved the privacy yet feeling part of the action when they wanted. The youngest members were located by the master bedroom, so didn't wake up the others too often when they needed a nap/early morning wake-ups. First, the views were amazing. The master bedroom had massive windows that overlooked the beach - it was my favorite thing every day to just sit on the upper porch and watch the waves roll in. The rest of the family really enjoyed just hanging around outside, opting more to stay at the house for the views and relaxation than going anywhere else. The layout of the house was great for those wanting to spend time with other family members. We made use of the BBQ and the outside table frequently. My two sons loved having both the beach and the pool feet from the house as they each liked a different one (the waves were very calm the entire time and manageable for 2 and 4 year olds with supervision). The heated pool was a must and was a daily routine. The tennis court was also a big hit for the kids. The middle generation (all in their 30s) were able to get around the island easily, taking day trips to North Beach, Hanauma Bay, Pearl Harbor, etc. Everyone also had the ability to have date nights with all the great recommendations in the area. For the athletic people, the main street is perfect for biking and running. I woke up almost every day and used a rented bicycle to go to Diamond Head crater over to Wikkii beach. It was both good exercise and a beautiful view. Overall, one of the best vacations I've ever had. I would highly recommend it if you can afford this house. Note that the pictures do not do it justice. While some of the furniture is dated, the house is in excellent condition, but the views are much more amazing than the pictures convey.
