Positioned directly across from beach access on second row makes it easy to come and go on foot. Carrying your favorite beach provisions is a breeze thanks to the wide boardwalk over low dunes with gently sloping ramps on each end.

Listen to the relaxing ebb and flow of the surf from every balcony and enjoy the full or partial ocean view. Additional amenities include the year-round outdoor pool tucked within a tropical courtyard of towering palm trees, picnic grilling area, outdoor shower rinsing station, wireless internet, three elevators, and two coin-operated laundry rooms with trash chutes on every floor.

Bring (or rent) bikes and pedal along the popular Waccamaw Neck Bikeway that passes through this community. Head north to Huntington Beach State Park to see shorebirds and other coastal wildlife inhabiting the fresh water and saltmarsh estuaries. Head south to shop, find great local dining and explore the charm of Pawleys Island.

SINGLE LEVEL: (2 bedrooms) 1 KING, 1 QUEEN & 1 BUNK (Double/Single), 1 QUEEN sleeper sofa. Southeasterly facing fourth floor condo offers updated kitchen and baths, open concept common areas with tile floor, smooth wood-look floors in bedrooms, and covered balcony.

AMENITIES: Flat screen cable TVs-3 (1 smart TV), DVD-1, wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen, ceiling fans throughout, covered balcony, on-site pool and grilling area, access to ground level locker w/owner beach gear. Laundry facility, trash chute, elevator service located on every floor.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: 7-night minimum mid-June through mid-August - last minute partial week stays may be considered. 3-night minimum the rest of the year. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

Perfect for our needs

My husband and I traveled to the area for a family event. The condo was perfect for our needs. It was nicely directed and comfortable. Being on the 4th floor was perfect because there are elevators - no hauling luggage up flights of stairs. We were a quick walk across the street to the beach. The only thing we would change, if we could, is have the HOA change the pet policy. The pool is lovely and the grilling area is very nice. Some things are a little dated that did not bother us a bit.
