The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors and return the keys
The keys and red parking pass you receive during your visit are permanent owner keys/passes and MUST be returned upon departure to avoid up $100 replacement fee per lost key and/or red parking pass.
UPON DEPARTURE, please leave the red parking pass and one key in the condo. One Key card must be placed back into the lock box otherwise a $50 dollar service fee will be charged.
CHECK-IN TIME IS 4:00 PM; CHECK-OUT TIME IS 10:00 AM. Due to tight cleaning schedules it is important that these times be strictly followed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Nice, well-stocked, comfy condo just steps from the lifts. Building is great with ski lockers, underground parking, family-friendly pool and hot tub, etc. Friendly owners who were easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Loved how close we were to Brighton AND the solitude resort restaurants and store! We never had to go back down the canyon, which dan be tricky with all the snow. Great place to stay!

So convenient!

Solitude is a small village set up so everything is close, from the lift to the restaurants. The unit was first floor with easy access to the club, hot tub and sauna. Great unit. Plenty of space, clean with separate locker for skis. We arrived on a snow day so figuring out where key box and parking was a little tricky but hosts were great and super responsive.

Fantastic Stay – Perfect Location & Amazing Host!

We had an incredible stay at this unit! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Apex lift, making it super convenient for skiing. The host was extremely accommodating and always quick to respond to questions, making our trip even smoother.The unit is in the same building as the club, giving us access to excellent amenities, including a gym, pool table, pool, hot tub, sauna, lockers, and showers. It was so nice to relax after a long day on the slopes!I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay. We’ll be back!

Cozy comfortable convenient condo

Very comfortable condo that was just right for us. We rented skis at the Powderhorn Lodge building and got our tickets right next to that so it was so convenient. Walking to and from the Apex lift was the best! We would definitely stay here again.

Christmas at Solitude

There was a small water leak, but it was immediately addressed by the owner. We loved the location - being on the first floor was a definite plus making it possible for easy in and out for skiing. Not having to wait on the elevator was great. It was a lovely place to spend Christmas.

Fantastic, Well-Appointed Ski Condo

The property lives up to the listing. Nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. Club Solitude which is located in the same building hosts themed events, like S'mores and Cocoa and a Movie, and has a movie "theatre,' billiards, arcade, locker room with sauna, etc. Lots to do if you have time. Beds were comfy and kitchen well-appointed. Only issue was the Verilinc check-in system but the owner was very responsive to work out the kinks. Outside of the unit itself, the buidling Wi-Fi is not good so it's a good idea to print out your information in case you cannot get a good connection on your phone. Would definitely come back!

Solitude ski

This is a great property. Comfortable bed, stocked kitchen, great location. The only downside is the mobile key app that the condos now use. Highly suggest downloading the app when you have strong wifi, the app is not very user friendly- and wifi on site is spotty, especially if you have older phones. Not sure if taking a screen shot of the mobile key would work but it’s worth a try until you’re in the unit where you can access a physical key (which we used the whole time with no issue). Also suggest getting your groceries before coming up the canyon- you probably won’t want to leave once you’re there. The village store doesn’t have enough to stock a kitchen for more than a day or two. Awesome place though, the key was the only negative issue which doesn’t appear to be the owners fault, more of the complex’s issue.

The perfect ski spot

Our family of 5 kids (4-8) absolutely loved this place! The host provided all sorts of toys to keep them entertained and being so close to Club Solitude made everyone happy. It's literally steps away. And so are the ski lifts. Restaurants, ski rentals and shops were all within walking distance. Although, we ate in most nights because the kitchen was great for cooking and well stocked. Apart from going to Brighton ski resort for the day, we never had to leave. Great spot!

We had a great family vacation and loved the unit we were in. Being so close to all of the club amenities was fantastic, especially for the kids. We also loved being on the first floor so we didn’t have to wait for the elevators. Would definitely come back!

Why they chose this property

For starters, Club Solitude is located just steps away in the same building. It is such a convenience to simply walk down the hall and enjoy the year-round pool with 2 hot tubs, water slide (summer only), sauna, kids game room, billiard room, and Fitness facility. This condo boasts an ideal corner location which offers a lot of natural light and a spacious great room. Our condo is one of only a few that has 10-foot ceilings throughout, making the floor plan feel big and comfortable. The kitchen also offers a unique island concept that very few owners have at Solitude.
