Welcome to Edmonds! We are delighted to share our seaside hometown with you. This true 1928 craftsman features charming touches with modern amenities & space for a large group. You'll have the entire home, private yard, & expansive covered front porch all to yourselves. Just 2 blocks to the heart of downtown and 5 blocks from the beach, you will delight in everything Edmonds has to offer: quaint shops, restaurant variety, Farmer's Market (May-Oct), & stunning Puget Sound/Olympic Mountain views.

If you enjoy cozying up around a gas fireplace, preparing a barbeque on a (seasonally) furnished outdoor patio, or watching the world go by from the comfort of your front porch, this is the place for you. Need a private space for work or respite? Our home offers separate "wings" for your group to stay comfortably, plus a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of dining space for your group to eat together. One main floor bedroom with plush queen bed and full bathroom, a king sized bed in the Primary en-suite, and two additional bedrooms upstairs, all with hotel-grade bedding and bath accessories. We want you to be comfortable and make yourselves at home, so we've also included games, play 'n pack crib, and high chair. Plenty of free uncovered parking.

Wonderful Edmonds Bowl House

We had a wonderful stay at this Edmonds Bowl home. Our hosts provided all of the little things that make VRBO such a great experience. There was coffee, shampoo etc.. the Location was very near downtown and allowed us to explore and enjoy all that Edmonds has to offer. We would definitely stay there again!

Truly amazing

This home is well stocked, incredibly cozy, wonderful sitting areas where you can create family memories. The beds are very comfortable and plenty of towels provided. House was very clean and smelled nice. Downtown is a few blocks away. We loved walking down everyday for coffee or to shop. Would love to return and stay here again. Michelle was very helpful and accessible.

Beautiful little craftsman, better than perfect!

My parents, and siblings gathered here for a weekend stay in order to attend my grandmother’s funeral. I received more than one proverbial pat on the back for finding this home. The place has a great location, comfortable beds, tasteful decor, well Equipped kitchen - I can’t think of anything we could change to have had a better stay. Every time we commented I wonder if they have ________, we found it right away. It was so easy to communicate with the owner in setting up our stay, and there were no issues to speak of while we were there. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Great location

The easy walking distance to downtown and wonderful outdoor space made this a perfect landing spot as for out of town guests visiting family locally. The condition of the property was as described and contained all the sundries we needed for a fabulous stay.

We raised our three kids here, and are delighted to see how Edmonds has grown and changed over the years, providing both respite and enjoyable opportunities for everyone in your group. Your hosts are a mother/daughter team who will work hard to ensure your complete comfort during your stay. Why they chose this property

We moved to Edmonds in 1998 to be closer to the water. It also suits our lifestyle of walking everywhere and avoiding the car whenever possible. Where else can you walk out the door and within a couple minutes be in town, at the beach, at a park, or out to dinner and a movie or show. The Farmer's Market (May-Oct) is on the opposite side of our block! Some of our favorite places to eat/drink, grab take-out, or enjoy local art are just around the corner, down the block, or a stone's throw away. If you're a foodie, beverage connoisseur (or just like beverages!), outdoorsperson, or Arts enthusiast, you have discovered the right place. Whether you stay for a long weekend or a couple weeks, you will have so much to do right here, or use our place as home-base to broaden your discovery of the Puget Sound, from hiking, biking, boating, or sightseeing. Seattle is just 18 miles away, the Olympic Peninsula a quick ferry ride, and Whidbey Island/San Juan Islands a lovely boat- or car- excursion.

What makes this property unique

When we moved to our bungalow in 1998, it was a quaint 2BR/1BA home, perfect for our little family. Once we had 3 kids, though, it became apparent that we needed more space. Given our home's craftsman design and details (curved archway, inlayed hardwood floors, leaded glass windows, picture molding), location and downtown lifestyle that we loved, we decided to add the 2nd story in 2005, build the front porch and update all the systems. Our hope was that our "new" home still fit in the neighborhood, retained the craftsman charm that we appreciated, and provided current amenities.
