Spacious family-friendly home with two comfortable living rooms, each with a fireplace for those cozy nights. This home has central air for warm summer days. Modern amenities, like three Smart TVs and free WiFi, are included. A fully equipped kitchen for those who like to eat in and a barbecue on one of the two decks for outdoor dining. Relax on the lower deck in your private hot tub. The backyard is fully fenced and beautifully landscaped. This home can be your home away from home. We have taken over hosting our home personally. It has been on the market since 2020. Kathleen gave us a five-star review, saying, "The best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! Absolutely perfect for our family reunion of eight. The house was sparkly clean and super well stocked. Everything worked, and it was very homey. It was even decorated for fall. Completely suited our needs."

2nd time in Shoreline

This is the second time we have stayed here. Again, the property was clean, well stocked, and in a great location for North of Seattle. The only thing that will make this location better is when the new 1Line station opens at 185th.

Wonderful and cozy

This property is clean, well- located, has a well-stocked kitchen, and a heavenly hot tub. It is a 10 minute drive to Northgate light rail station, and then a short ride to all the attractions. The owners are very responsive, getting back to me the same day.

Perfect for our family gathering

I can't say enough good things about this property and how much we loved staying here. The host was super attentive to our needs. The kitchen was completely stocked, which was especially helpful over Thanksgiving. There were little touches that meant a lot -for example, the bedside tables in the master bedroom each had a charging doc which was incredibly handy! The house was decorated for fall and there were plenty of blankets and towels. The electronic guide that was provided had tons of useful information, was easy to access and we referred to it numerous times. We were extremely comfortable here and loved the location!

My husband Norm and I have been married for over 40 years, we live in Moses Lake. We have three grown children and a fabulous son and daughter-in-law. We have been incredibly blessed. Norm is retired. He worked as a fieldman and manager of a chemical fertilizer company for over forty-five years, he misses his farmers. I work full-time at Big Bend Community College as the Foundation's Executive Director. I love to cook, so the kitchen is well-equipped.

This property is truly unique, you are so close to the city and the light rail, yet surrounded by trees. It is a private retreat with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two living rooms, one on each floor. With over 2300 sq. ft., you will have space to spread out and relax. Enjoy the hot tub. You have the option of dining in or outside. If you have children, they will have space to run around in the fully fenced backyard.

What makes this property unique

We love this home and the grounds; they are beautiful. Evergreen trees surround the whole yard, which makes it feel private. Having two living rooms allows everyone to have their own space. You can relax outside on multiple decks or unwind in the hot tub.
