Gedateerd appartement

Het appartement ligt op de tweede verdieping, maar je moet wel 3 smalle draai trappen op voor je boven bent. Woning is zeer gedateerd, het servies goed is veel te veel, je kan met 20 personen tegelijk eten. Als van het servies goed de helft eruit gaat, hoi je tenminste ruimte over voor je eigen spullen. Prijs te hoog voor dit appartement

Wanderurlaub

Die Wohnung hat soweit alles was man braucht. Nur die Zustände der Möbel und Gegenstände sollte dringend erneuert werden. Teilweise fehlen die Randleisten am Boden. Der Wasserhahn im Bad am Waschbecken fällt auseinander. Auf die Sauberkeit der Wohnung sollte besser geachtet werden. Das Bett knarrt bei jeglichen Bewegungen. Die Matratzen sind dafür in Ordnung. Die Vermieterin war nur über WhatsApp zu erreichen. Auf der Terrasse waren diverse Spinnweben. u.v.m….

Point 15, Wohnung 11

Wohnung als "Wohnung Nr. 11" gebucht, Wohnung allerdings mit Nr. 11 nicht gekennzeichnet! Mussten erst umständlich klären. Toiletten-Spülkasten undicht, Wasser wurde mit Kochtopf aufgefangen. Kaltwasserhahn Waschbecken defekt, ließ sich nicht richtig schließen. Nach Mängelmeldung wurde allerdings schnell reagiert und ein Monteur beauftragt. Wohnzimmer "altbacken" und alles irgendwie "lieblos." Schlafz. mit nachts helldauerleuchtenden Berührungsschalter, nachts ist das Zimmer erhellt. Küche top.

Byt se nachází na dobrém místě, je tu bezproblémové parkování, schody jsou užší, ale zase výhled z balkonu dobrý. Celkově se jedná o starší byt bez úprav, ale je za výbonou cenu. Kuchyň je dobře vybavená, prostorná terasa a vše co člověk potřebuje na dovolené je k dispozici.

Wygląd -lata osiemdziesiąte Obsługa pojawiła się dopiero na drugi dzień nie uzgadniając telefonicznie godziny wizyty, przy okazji naprawiła zatkany zlew.Dodatkowo płatny prąd - w tym ogrzewanie elektryczne !!!Koszt ok. 150 euro dodatkowo w ciągu 5 dni. Obiekt dla mało wymagających ekip narciarskich.

Praktisch, gemütlich aber nicht sauber

Die Wohnung an sich war in Ordnung. Sie ist nicht zu groß, die Einrichtung ist schon älter (80er Jahr Stil), aber ausreichend für 4 Personen und gemütlich. Der Balkon wurde viel genutzt. Allerdings waren die Küche und der Balkon nicht sauber. In der Küche konnte man den die Kaffeemaschine und die Thermoskanne nicht benutzen, weil sie total schmutzig waren, so war es auch mit dem Backofen. Beim Besteck waren angeschimmelte Teile zu finden. Auf dem Balkon lagen ... und andere komische Dinge

prima woning die niet duur was. was niet erg schoon hebben veel spullen afgewassen voordat we het gebruikte . verder ook veel stof. wel heel veel servies en bestek. we hebben ons prima vermaakt.
