Its stylish retail and business district is at the intersection of Park Boulevard and Adams Avenue and has the best in town -- coffee houses, restaurants, bars and convenience stores. There's also nearby Trolley Park, which serves as the neighborhood hangout for laying in the sun, concerts and movies in the park and playground for families. The Diversionary Theatre puts on local productions at its location on Park Boulevard.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, sign a guest agreement, pass through our third party verification portal to verify your identity and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check and provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. We perform monthly hospitality cleanings for our guests' convenience and safety and to ensure our guests have everything needed for a great stay!
Additionally, the community common areas have 24/7 surveillance.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in your apartment, or on the balcony. Smoking will result in a $250 additional cleaning charge and possible eviction. Please review our house rules, any violation of house rules including Noise Violations will be fined $250 or lead to forfeiture of security deposit.
