There's also nearby Trolley Park, which serves as the neighborhood hangout for laying in the sun, concerts and movies in the park and playground for families. The Diversionary Theatre puts on local productions at its location on Park Boulevard.

Great location with dining and nightlife. Host contact was super responsive and helpful. Only major negative is that the area is quite loud on weekends, because people are outside the bars talking loudly until 2 AM, and the sound amplifies up to the unit. Host provides ear plugs and a white-sound machine.

Overall this is an awesome apartment in a great location. Parking on Friday and Saturday night toughest. Clean, easy check-in and checkout process. Only complaint is the original listing, show 2BDR. After booking and paying, discover only a 1BDR with a pull out sofa. No go on pull out sofa, most comfortable!
