Located on the second floor only accessible by stairs, our apartment is perfect for couples looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay in Montreal. The apartment is located in the lively Le Plateau neighborhood, just steps from some of the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in the city.

We take pride in providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. From the moment you arrive, you'll feel right at home in this charmingly decorated, professionally maintained apartment.

Our apartment is equipped with one comfortable mattress, a fully appointed kitchen with high-end appliances, one spacious bathroom, and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. We also provide free Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a welcome starter amenity kit with fresh coffee and treats.

The apartment is also stylishly decorated with a fun and modern vibe. You'll feel like you're in a chic boutique hotel, even though you're right in the heart of the city.

We have customer service available from 8am to 11pm daily to ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible.

All guests receive Caprina fresh goat’s milk soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry detergent, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee and sugar on arrival. If you need any extra items or services during your stay, just let us know - we're always happy to help.

Unit Access:
• Complete access to all areas of the apartment.

Parking Access:
• Parking in Montreal can be tricky. While we DO NOT PROVIDE a parking space, there are several public pay parking lots nearby. We suggest using the ClickNPark app to reserve parking in advance.

Transportation Access:
• TAXI: Uber is the most affordable and quickest way to get anywhere from the airport. Your driver will pick you up from the departure level.

• BUSES: Head to Mont-Royal Station to catch the orange line (7 min walk).

Other things to note:

Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.

To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between:
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.

Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Great Location and Apartment

Really enjoyed our stay. Location was fabulous with a health food store across the street, restaurants and shops. Didn't need a car with public transit so handy. Apartment was well equipped and clean. Staff are superb. Would definitely stay here on future trips to Montreal.

Great base in fun neighborhood

The apartment was comfortable and well situated in fun part of town, access to downtown as well. Street outside could be a little loud but never disrupted our sleep. Host was easy to communicate with. Would recommend.

This place was just the right size for two adults on a longer stay (9 days). Very clean, well-appointed, and in a good location close to Mont Royal and surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and other amenities. Communication with the host was prompt. Would be happy to stay here again in future.Note that there’s a long flight of stairs to access this apartment, but it’s indoors, and much less steep and dodgy than many in Montreal!

The pictures shown do a good job of showing what the apartment really looks like. Lots of good restaurants close. My only concern was the listening device in the family room that could not be unplugged.

Great area!!

The neighborhood was lovely, and the flat was very clean and super convenient. I would have liked more direct phone contact with the host, as it was all online. Also, more towel hooks or a desk lamp or two would have made the place feel even more like home. Just a few more towels and blankets would be appreciated. However, the location was superb, and the flat was very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!

Great apartment in a nice location

Apartment is in a great location - near a fine market, coffee / bakery, and above a wine store. Being at a busy intersection does cause some noise during the night. I imagine an apartment on the other side of the hallway might face away from the street and possibly be quieter.The unit itself though was very clean and modern. Great to have a laundry. Also a nice and quiet air conditioner.

Good Rental for F1 Race Weekend.

Great location for couple getaway. Close to several highly recommended restaurants for brunch and dinner. Convenient access to grocery, shopping and Metro as well. Property was clean and well maintained. Modern updates throughout kitchen, bath and bedroom; suitable mattress, but not great. Biggest complaint is the lack of hooks (for towels to dry), no place to hang jackets and limited dish and glassware. The place is supposed to sleep up to 4, but only 3 place settings available. More attention to the small details would make this an outstanding rental. We did appreciate the complimentary bottle of Prosecco chilled in the fridge for a toast before race day.
