Open living room including a cozy lounge with TV, a pretty fitted kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher) with dining area.
The sofa bed is new, 160 cm / 200 cm in size, you will be seduced by the high quality of its bedding,
The bathroom is well appointed with a shower, wc and a washing machine.

The arrangement of furniture and equipment offers real comfort.

Note that this apartment is located on the 3rd floor without a lift, so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility,
