Loved our stay here with our kids and two dogs. Clean place, close drive to the beach all was good.

Fantastic! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and appreciate you taking the time to write us a review. Be sure to come back and visit with us again next summer !
Great space that allowed pets, family could spread out and we cooked nearly all our meals onsite. Very clean and well maintained. Location is convenient for access by car to Rt 1 and quick trip to Rehoboth boardwalk but not really walkable to anything and across from a state facility that has larger vehicles coming in and out regularly. Overall, though, great value for a comfortable space for the family.

Hi Michael - Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. It is so nice to hear that you and your family really enjoyed your stay. Pet friendly properties are hard to come by so it's nice to know the "furry" family member got to vacation too. We hope you can visit with us again next year.
Enjoy the rest of your summer !

Thank you for your review. It is typical in our area that owners do not supply linens and towels along with personal items like soap. You can always check the Remax contract for what items are not supplied.

The condo was a very nice last minute option for a short vacation in Rehoboth Beach. It is a bit farther from the beach and downtown than I would prefer, but booking so late before our trip, it was great. There were a lot of ants at the property. Many ant traps were all over the kitchen, so it was obvious that the manager knew of the issue. It was a bit nasty dealing with the ants and keeping them out of our food. Otherwise, it was a very updated and nice condo!

Thank you for your review. We do have alot of ant issues here at the beach. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you back next summer
The house was very clean, the price showed on vrbo with Pet was different with Re max. The Re max agent was rude and after I signed the contract with VRBO PRICE, CHANGED THE PRICE TO A HIGHER AMOUNT. THe contracts are one way and the fees are too high.
There is nothing scenic about this rental location so if you’re looking for a view, this is not your place. However, the proximity to downtown Rehobeth was a super short drive (too far and not safe to walk in my opinion). Parking passes for the town are not included in the rental. Although the VRBO description says you will not need to “go over hwy 1” you will still need to go UNDER it to get to the beach. Had a minor issue with the unit door lock which was quickly addressed by calling the management company. Don’t forget to bring your own linens or rent them, they will not be provided.
Overall, clean, modern and convenient place to stay!

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback on the location of the rental property. It is definitely a nice, clean and modern unit to stay at. We hope you enjoyed your vacation here at Rehoboth and will visit with us again.
Great weekend getaway for my friends and family. The place accommodated 7 of us well (4 adults and 3 kids under 8). Located about 2 miles from the beach and the main drag with restaurants...very easy drive. Didn't really hear any of the outside noises or from the other units. Could have more living room seating and the barndoor for the half bath is about 2 inches too small, but we made it work. Overall, we enjoyed our first trip to Rehoboth and will be back again!

First trip to Rehoboth how exciting. We are glad you were able to enjoy downtown. There is so much do and we just love it here. We hope that you will visit us when you return.
First visit to Rehoboth beach with family. 5 to 10 minute drive to beach. Parked at Henlopen area.
Quiet area. Nice space for the week. Worth the cost. Easy drive access everywhere. Could use a pool instead of fire pit and yard area.

The property is beautiful I don’t feel like it’s kid friendly. They charge for lien which I think was a little pricey. One of the kitchen chairs was damaged prior to us arriving. But overall it’s was a nice property
We had a great time at the beach! I had two teenage girls with me and they loved the proximity to downtown Rehoboth. I was able to work at the place while the kids went to the beach.
