ROSE Holidays offers this fully renovated house located in the quiet Beauséjour district in Les Sables d'Olonne.
House that can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located in a quiet neighbourhood close to all amenities (shops, bakery, restaurant), this bright and tastefully decorated house offers a living room open to a closed terrace. This room is equipped with a sofa, a coffee table, a TV and wifi, a table and 6 chairs.
Adjoining and functional fully equipped kitchen, kettle, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, also open to the terrace. An independent toilet.
Upstairs is the sleeping area consisting of a first bedroom with a 160 bed and a dressing room, a second bedroom with two 90 beds and a dressing room, ideal for children!
All complemented by a fully renovated bathroom with a shower and a washbasin unit with storage and toilets.
The terrace, ideally located at the back of the house, is fully enclosed. Perfect for beautiful, quiet summer evenings!
Two bicycles are available for you to explore Les Sables d'Olonne and its surroundings.
Finally, in the garage, you will find a laundry room with a washing machine.
