Dog friendly, Clean Studio with Separate Entrance 2.4 miles to Beach

Quiet, private setting in Cotuit with private outside entrance. 1 bedroom with sliding hand crafted barn door, 1 queen bed in bedroom, 2 real twin mattresses in trundle bed, living/kitchenette area, Sunny, clean and sanitized Cape Cod 2 rooms 450 sq feet studio with full private bath and private, separate entrance and small kitchenette. Perfect for couples, with or without children but sleeps 4. Located above our garage with a large fenced in yard for dogs and kids with grill, swing set, private balcony and off road parking area. Please note if you're bringing your dog there is a spot to add in reservation. If not it will be 10.00 per night per dog to be paid at property in cash. Please send along dogs vaccine record, the dog breed and weight.
Our space accommodates guests who are working remotely with a desk and great wifi.
Close to many amenities, enough parking for boat or trailer.

Checkout We hope you had a great time! If you could please gather sheets/blankets from the beds you occupied and put in the baskets from closet with your towels and leave in room.
Please wash dishes and put away, throw out open refrigerator items, empty all trash and put in the bin at bottom of your stairs.

We were very pleased with our stay. These folks are super dog friendly and generous with supplies, information and such. Very nice people. Very close to a great beach or two and quite a bit to do in the area. We’ll stay there again for sure!

This place was perfect, it is set in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was clean, the yard was clean, and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure all the extras were there! Also, the hosts beautifully lit up the driveway where my car was, this made coming in and out after dark very easy.

Great location within a neighborhood. Host was very helpful with recommendations, as well as supplying everything we may have needed for the trip, even including dog treats, bowls, and a toy! Location came with helpful tips leaving no questions unanswered. The separate yard was useful with the dog and it was nice to have that access. Overall great host and experience - would highly recommend, especially those with dogs!
