La photo de la terrasse ne correspondait pas à notre terrasse car 2 logements côte à côte. Terrasse pas nettoyée à notre arrivée, pas de coussins sur canapé tressé, 3 parpaings tenaient le pied du parasol, table et chaises de jardin rouillées. Nous n’avons même pas utilisé l’extérieur tellement ça ne donnait pas envie. Pas de sèche linge comme indiqué sur l’annonce. Miroirs cassés, balai pas nettoyé à notre arrivée. Paillasson qui se désagrège… canapé inconfortable, on sent les ressorts à chaque mouvement. Literie correcte mais les portes de placard ne coulissent pas bien (déjà indiqué l’année dernière par un autre locataire mais rien n’a été fait)École Maternelle et élémentaire à proximité, non indiquée sur l’annonce.

Appartement propre cuisine tres bien agencée avec lave vaiselle et lave linge. Seul bemol les portes du placard chambre ne coulissent pas vraiment. Et le chauffage ne fonctionnait mais cela a ete signifie au propriétaire qui doit faire le necessaire.

Très bel appartement mais il est placé assez loin des thermes et l'accès y est difficile. Il faut impérativement une voiture. Logement très calme et bien sécurisé. Cela fait la 2ème fois que nous y retournons car il ne manque rien dans l'appartement (clim, électroménager, barbecue, terrasse...).

Vue imprenable sur une friche de déchet de chantier de la chambre

Lieu calme et peu pratique pour PMR surtout les toilettes contre le mur et une descente très raide pour arriver au logement batterie de cuisine rayée avec fond antiadhesif

Appartement avec climatisation au calme, très bien situé proche des commerces mais il faut prendre la voiture car ça grimpe pour aller au logement. Très belle region.
