This apartment boasts an unobstructed view over Paris, and is wonderfully bright.
You can fully appreciate superb sunsets from the apartment.
It is located on the 27th floor with elevator and comprises:
- 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds ;
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen;
- a bathroom with bathtub ;
- and a lounge area with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day out.

You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.

You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: wifi, television, PMR access, raclette machine, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machines: Senseo and Nespresso, oven, iron, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

With metro lines 7 and 14 nearby, you'll have the whole of Paris at your fingertips. What's more, you'll find plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
For your everyday needs, you'll find the supermarkets "Lidl" and "Franprix" just a 7-minute walk away.

## Emplacement
The 13th arrondissement of Paris is known for its Asian district, where many Chinese, Vietnamese, Cambodians and Laotians met. The north of the arrondissement is more "classical" and includes important institutions such as the Bibliothèque Nationale de France and the district of the Olympiades.
It also has the advantage of being near the Montparnasse station known to be surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.
