Nice roomy flat in Paris 13th Arr.

We were visiting Paris with 2 kids and had a nice stay in this flat for 3 nights. Positive Sides: The flat is hell and has good room for 4 people. In the kitchen you will also find everything you need for a small breakfast or if you want to cook something quick. The cleanness was fine, of course it can always be better ;) Our check in and check out was very comfortable, the flat owner was very friendly, flexible and helpful. We were allowed to use the garage - a very big advantage in Paris! The Metro and Tram Station is very nearby. There are many restaraunts nearby, most of them Chinese/Asian Cuisine. Supermarkets, Bakery are nearby. Negative Sides: Dishwasher is missing, but no big problem. The flat is in a very large building with 18 floors, the sound level was ok, but there was some unnice smell in the hall. You can reach the city centre easily, but it takes about 20min. The area is like China Town, majority is Asian origin people. Expect to have some noise outside in the evening, if you want to keep the window open (there are multiple high buildings nearby). I can recommend this flat, if the negative sides are not a big issue for you, and you are looking for a nice flat for good budget.

Cet appartement très bien agencé est situé à 100 m du métro Porte de Choisy, sur la ligne 7 qui permet de relier facilement le Louvre et l'Opéra. Dans un immeuble de bon standing au bout d'une allée piétonne, donc calme, avec de nombreux restaurants asiatiques et un supermarché Franprix à proximité. Accueil très sympathique du propriétaire. Nous recommandons vivement.

Séjour de 5 jours à Paris en amis

Nous sommes des amis âgés autour de 70 ans. Nous avons loué cet appartement pour nos retrouvailles et pour visiter Paris. L'appartement est très bien situé, proche des commerces, des restaurants et des transports en commun ( station métro à 200m). L'appartement est très propre, lumineux, et confortable. En équipement c'est assez complet sauf quelques affaires de cuisines qui manquent tels que 2 grosses casseroles, un poêle, une passoire. En somme nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement et nous remercions l'accueil chaleureux que l'hôte nous a réservé.
