Fantastique en apparence… Bien seulement en réalité

Le cadre, la maison, les infrastructures sont fantastiques et l’annonce le reflète bien. Toutefois, dans la réalité, les choses sont un peu différentes et le client ne s’y retrouve pas. Le château loué à un groupe de 40 jeunes pour un anniversaire le calme vendu n’est pas au rendez-vous comme les hôtes auraient pu s’y attendre.Malgré une demande dès le premier soir, le plafonnier du salon et le lavabo d’une des salles de bain n’ont jamais été réparés. Impossible donc de se servir de la salle de bain de l’étage.La suite est un détail mais ne contribue pas à ce qu’on se sente bien et parfaitement installés pour nos vacances: piscine non nettoyée (après le départ d’un grand groupe…), pas de torchons, de savon dans tous les points d’eau, pas de produit d’utilité courante (seul, poivre, huile…) bien sue cela doit annoncé, de la vaisselle cassée.
