Located in a quiet, bucolic village, the property can accommodate up to 10 guests.

On the ground floor, you will find:

a fully equipped and functional kitchen including a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, television, and more.

On the ground floor:

a large master bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), shower and toilet,

a second bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm).

Upstairs:

a large mezzanine dedicated to children, featuring toys, soft toys, a desk, and a TV with DVD player,

a master suite with a double bed (160x200 cm), private shower room and dressing area,

a spacious leisure and entertainment room, perfect for lively table football games or relaxing movie nights, also equipped with a double bed (160x200 cm),

an additional bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm).

All double beds measure 160 x 200 cm for optimal comfort.

Outdoor spaces

The large garden completes the experience and is ideal for enjoying time together:

Located in the heart of the Touraine countryside, this magnificent longère has a calming effect.
You'll find no neighbors to contend with, but a view over fields, greenery and a pretty, well-kept garden.
You'll find yourself 20 min from Villandry and Langeais, and around 30 min from Tours.

Getting around by car or bicycle is essential in the countryside.

Please respect the property and the neighborhood.

Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

Pets are allowed under certain conditions (please contact us prior to booking).

The apartment is non-smoking.

The property is not accessible to guests with reduced mobility.

Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability, with a surcharge of €10 per hour.
