Two Bedroom Two Bath quiet house with dock and orchard, overlooking the Columbia. New bathrooms, beds, laundry and two lookout decks. Well equipped kitchen, smart TV, and high-speed 150mbs internet; new queen beds but basic non-fancy other furnishings. Very comfortable

This is a nice house on the river, out in the country, five miles from town. The place is comfortable with good beds, and seating. The back deck looks out over the Columbia river and has nice chairs and a table, perfect for dinning. The deck has a gas grill. The house has no AC.

Great location

We had a great time with our family at this location the week leading up to Independence Day. The town nearby had fun festivities that we were able to enjoy along with a few stores and restaurants that were quite handy and unique. Astoria & Seaside are an easy drive to enjoy what they have to offer. The house is under some renovation so there were a few things we needed to be careful of but had very comfortable beds, adequate items for cooking, nice deck & spectacular view. Jim answered any questions and offered suggestions throughout our stay via email. Great owner. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

This house was our Finnish grandfather's house beginning in 1920 and is in a farming and salmon fishing area. our family owns most of the property in the area and we are happy to share his original house which we have remodeled for guest and visiting family use. A quiet neighborhood where you can sleep days if on night shift!
