The house is located in the south of Cantal, 3 kilometres from the Aveyron and the Lot. You will find yourself in a peaceful and rural hamlet very close to the ruins of a castle dating from the 13th century.
Many sights are within easy driving distance.
You will have a large shaded and fenced plot of land on which you can park your vehicles easily. Private swimming pool and house.
The heated swimming pool of 8 by 4 metres is secured by an approved barrier.
The accommodation
The accommodation is entirely private as well as the swimming pool which is equipped with an automatic robot vacuum cleaner. In hot weather, the house keeps the coolness very well thanks to its even stone walls.
