Residence: This pretty cottage is located 10 minutes from Lake Marcillac-la-Croisille (all shops), 5 minutes from the Dordogne gorges and 15 minutes from Egletons. This charming, comfortable cottage, is entirely designed with natural, ecological and quality materials: a stubble roof, lime/shank interior insulation, a walnut kitchen, travertine stone floor, wooden stairs ... noble materials that will plunge you into a strange world.



Accommodation: You will enter this cottage after a few steps (high ground floor) and enter the fully equipped kitchen with quality equipment and in the living room with comfortable armchair near the stove, office corner, TV and WIFI (fibre). Possibility to accommodate 2 extra beds. You will reach the same level to a very nice raised wooden terrace, of 20m2.On the ground floor you will find an extra bed (BZ in 140), a separate toilet and a washing machine. Outside, you can enjoy a private parking, a garden with no vis-à-vis 1500 m2 with garden furniture, barbecue and above all a magnificent view of the surrounding meadows. Upstairs, there is the bedroom with a 160 bed (linen sheets provided, 1st bedding made) and a separate bathroom with bathtub.Pets allowed under conditions. Cleaning package 60€. Drink: 60€.
