This 19th century house, painstakingly renovated in 2018, is nestled in a picturesque green valley overlooking the sea, in the heart of Marseille. It exudes the charm of an old house while offering modern amenities, neat décor and optimal comfort. Each room is equipped with air conditioning.

The ground floor has a dining room with an adjoining kitchen, a veranda delightfully open to the sea and the valley and a spacious living room. The ground floor houses two luxurious suites, while the second floor offers two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. In addition, a laundry room is conveniently located in the basement. Gated parking is available. Just a 3-minute walk away are the beach and the seafront. The landscaped garden, with its 7x4 swimming pool, offers an ideal setting to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle.

Great views and a pool!

My family of 6 throughly enjoyed our stay. The area isn’t walking distance to much, but its only a short cab ride to anywhere you'd want to go. With ocan views from all four rooms, Its a trade I'd make any day of the week!
