It is 110 square metres, has 4 bedrooms with plenty of storage space and can sleep up to 8 people.

## Logement
Set in a peaceful natural setting, the chalet is fully equipped.
Bedrooms:
Upstairs:
- A large children's bedroom with 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed;
- A twin or double bedroom with 2 single beds;
- A large double bedroom with 1 double bed;
- A study;
- A bathroom with a bidet, washbasin and heated towel rail;
- Separate children's WC;
- A bathroom with a washbasin and heated towel rail.

Ground floor:
- One bedroom with double bed.

You will have everything at your disposal to have an excellent stay: parking, thermomix, raclette machine, coffee machine (Nespresso), dishwasher, oven, microwave, television, hairdryer, a fridge and a small freezer in the basement. -floor, washing machine and dryer in the basement, etc.

In addition, you will have:
- an outside ski shelter;
- a large balcony terrace with table and parasols;
- a beautiful garden with trampoline for summer stays.

This family chalet is a haven of peace nestled in the heart of the mountains. It offers breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. Its large 4000 m² garden is ideal for children who can go sledding and try their first ski slides.
The chalet is also the ideal starting point for many outdoor activities, both winter and summer.

In winter, you can go hiking or snowshoeing in the cradle of Planet, located in the immediate vicinity of the chalet.
You can also ski at Grands Montets, Le Tour or Flégère, Brevent.

In summer, you can hike to the Col des Montets, or climb to Lac Blanc in the Aiguilles Rouges.
You can also climb the Aiguille du Midi and experience stepping into the void.
The chalet is also located close to numerous mountain bike routes and trails.

In summer, private parking with three spaces is available near the chalet.

For your small daily purchases, you will find a “Marché U et Drive” supermarket four minutes away by car.

You'll have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

## Emplacement
A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. The capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: its valley is made up of 10 ski areas, a lively and authentic city centre and a multitude of activities on offer both winter and summer. The Aiguille du Midi, the starting point of the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to live a unique experience at an altitude of 3800 m, and the Montenvers railway, which leads to the Mer de Glace, is another popular tourist attraction. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes throughout the year.
