The division of the approx. 60sqm can be compared to a small end row house.
The main living room is divided into living / dining and kitchen areas. From here you get to the terrace. A shower room with window is still available on the ground floor.
A convenient staircase leads to the attic. There is a large bedroom with a double bed and another room with 2 single beds, so there is enough space for 2 to 4 people. There is also a cot and high chair.
You live in a quiet residential area in the climatic and Kneipp spa town of Bad Malente in the middle of Holstein Switzerland and the lake district between Plön and Eutin (location of the State Garden Show 2016), only 20 km away from the Baltic Sea between Kiel and Lübeck.
Here spring attracts with its yellow rapeseed fields, the now stable northern German summer with the Karl May games in Bad Segeberg, autumn with its colorful leaves in front of blue lakes or year-round tranquility in hectic times!
The appealing holiday apartment is located on the ground and top floor of a small residential complex, just a few minutes' walk from the Bergen woods recreational forest, the sports center with swimming pool (aqua fitness & jogging) and fitness studio, and the Uwe Seeler football park aka "Beckmanns football school". A parking space directly in front of the house and a ground-level, lockable bike room are available for you.
Other offers: tennis, horse riding, Nordic walking routes are within walking distance. Shopping / bike rental (500m), 5-lake trip (1km), seaside resort (800m), golf (12km).
Good transport links also with the Deutsche Bahn.

Kein W-LAN, aber ruhige und malerische Umgebung, schöner Schnitt der Wohnung

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig. Bequeme Betten, eine kleine Terrasse und ein Parkplatz vor der Haustür sind wichtige Pluspunkte. Vermisst haben wir W-LAN. Es hat durchgängig nicht funktioniert, nicht mal für WhatsApp Nachrichten. Deshalb einen Punkt Abzug. Desweiteren sind Handtücher und Bettbezüge mitzubringen. Das ich dann noch 60 € für die Endreinigung zu zahlen hatte, erschien mir deshalb etwas viel. Schließlich blieb Betten beziehen und später waschen an mir hängen. Trotzdem, die Gastgeber sind freundlich und bemüht, die Lage ist schön, wer sich mit den genannten Punkten arrangieren kann, ist hier gut aufgehoben!

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtet, sie ist ruhig gelegen, das Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Kellersee und der Dieksee sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

3 wunderbare Wochen in Malente

Wir haben drei wunderbare Wochen in Malente mit unserer zwei Jahre alten Tochter verbracht. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und sehr kinderfreundlich. Tolle Badestellen, überall Bauernhöfe mit Hofcafé und Tieren, die gefüttert und gestreichelt werden dürfen, tolle Wochenmärkte, schöne Spielplätze, tolle Radwege usw. Nur wenige Gehminuten von der Ferienwohnung entfernt, ist ein Bauernhof, auf dem man Tiere beobachten kann. Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet und die Vermieter*innen überaus freundlich. Als uns etwas kaputt gegangen ist, haben sie die Kosten übernommen und sind noch am Tag selbst vorbei gekommen, um es zu reparieren! Das ist viel mehr als man erwartet kann. Die Wohnung ist nicht groß, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Die Schlafzimmer und Betten sind hochwertig und bequem und eins der Einzelbetten hat einen Rausfallschutz, sodass auch ein Kind drin schlafen kann, wenn man es entsprechend an die Wand stellt. Eins der Schlafzimmer kann auch sehr gut abgedunkelt werden, was für uns wichtig war. Kinderbücher und Kinderspiele sind vorhanden, Nachbar*innen waren auch sehr freundlich. Auch dass das Meer in knapp 30 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen ist, ist toll. Wir hatten vor Ort auch Räder ausgeliehen - super günstig und trotzdem Top-Qualität. Wir sind wirklich total zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub dort. Perfekt wäre es für uns gewesen, wenn es doch WLAN geben würde, da unsere Tochter häufig erst nach dem Filmbeginn um 20.15h im Bett liegt und wir uns dann mit Mediathek trotzdem noch einen schönen Filmabend hätten machen können. Aber so haben wir einfach mehr gelesen. ;)

Alles super

Die Kommunikation mit Familie Stötera lief wunderbar. Sie waren immer sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommenden. Es gibt ein Hygiene-Konzept, so dass in Zeiten von Corona eine kontaktlose Abwicklung möglich ist. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Alles so wie in der Beschreibung.
