Great location and a fantastic property, a perfect place for our family to meet up and enjoy our time in the Black Hills! Condo was very clean and comfortable, kitchen was very well stocked, whole process was a breeze. Location was amazing - close to everything but still out of the tourist traffic. Would definitely stay here again!
My family stayed in this beautiful house June 2025. The house was perfect for our group and was so close to everything we wanted to do, needles Highway, Mount Rushmore, Custer state park, bear Country USA, etc. We highly recommend this vrbo! 10/10
The house is in a cute and quiet neighborhood. Everything is so clean, fresh, and comfortable! We had two families fit with ease (4 adults and 5 kids).
In the area, there is unlimited fun around, for people of ALL ages!
Don’t even bother with a hotel, or any other rental, get THIS house; A+ Stay!
We will be back ◡̈
This property was perfect for us! My parents had the main floor bedroom and my family of 5 had the upstairs. The bunk room was great for my 3 kids plus the bonus loft for them to hang out. It was close to Keystone and all the attractions. Candace, the host was great! The house was clean and decorated very cute. They had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
The townhouse was exactly what we needed for our visit. Close to the Black Hills Playhouse and other attractions. The wifi was a bit sketchy but we made due. The laundry was great except for the iron (I think) in the water which took out a couple of our white items. Comfy beds and nice kitchen and space. We didn't get the check in info but they were able to give us what we needed over the phone.
This property is better for a family with kids not 8 adults, because of the bunk beds. But it was a last minute pick because our place that we had booked over a year cancel just a few days before we left. So at we had a bed to sleep in. I would suggest to leave more toilet paper for a group of 8 for 6 nights.
We chose this property due to its overall value and location close to everything in the Black Hills. When we arrived our expectations were not only met, they were exceeded! This property has it all! Clean and comfortable for a large family. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee and snacks to get you started. Full sized laundry machines with detergent. A Custer State Park pass for your vehicle. And much more! The owners have thought of everything to help you have a wonderful stay in the Black Hills!
We enjoyed our stay - quiet area close to everything we wanted to do. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Property was mostly as described- only complaint would be the security cameras/ring doorbell outside. VRBO policy states that all security cameras have to be listed in the property description and I never seen them listed. Not that we had anything to hide, just weird knowing/thinking we were being watched. Probably would have been way more comfortable knowing they were there prior to arrival. However, it didn’t affect our stay and we had a great time!
Everything was as described, clean comfortable and very nicely stocked with helpful items (Tide pods, K cups, paper towels, dish soap). Very near to the town of Keystone with easy access to many of the great aspects of the Black Hills.
During our time visiting in July 2022, it was hot and the air conditioner had a difficult time keeping up with the uncharacteristically warm weather, with the wonderful climate of the Black Hills we were able to open the windows each evening to cool down the property. Our minor complaint would be that, the air conditioner was notably loud outside of the master bedroom while it was operating.
Now… the rant story. We had a group of six adults and had spent the day in the badlands and were eager to come home and get a shower and go to dinner. There are two bathrooms at the property and one of the drains was almost completely plugged and would not drain water quickly.
We made a call to the manager/owner (She answered quickly and helpfully) described the trouble and asked to have it fixed as soon as possible. She said that it would be difficult to have someone fix it that evening, however, she would have someone show up first thing the next morning.
The next morning, I had sent a question asking for a time that the maintenance person would be able to help. I had asked to have them come as soon as possible and the owner quickly replied that they would not be able to enter our property while we were present because of Covid. I replied with “Covid really?“ and communicated that we would all quickly remove ourselves from the property to have this handled quickly.
Within moments, we received call describing how serious Covid was (In the form of a “Loud, excited and UNHINGED rant” and that she was going to “report us to Vrbo with the hopes that other owners would hear our dismissive attitude about Covid (Paraphrased and not embellished)“.
So…. if you are a perspective property owner and you are reading her promised description of her understanding of our Covid thoughts, we hope that you will read our quality reviews from other property owners.
This property was perfect for our family of 6 and my mother to stay comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped. It was peaceful but still relatively close to all the attractions. Cell service was not great around the property but we did have service at the house itself. It was a wonderful experience and I would absolutely recommend this property!
This is a newer home with beautiful veiws all around. Very well furnished and comfortable. The only issues we had was the A/C freezing up and not wanting to cool the house. And no ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Honestly if there had been fans it would have been a lot better.
We were so excited when we arrived at the property for our vacation! The home is nestled in the hills out of town, but close enough that it's a quick trip in to get a few groceries. The home was clean, the owners were very responsive to messages with any questions we had. It was the perfect place to stay for my family of 5 and my parents. We are already talking about our next trip and would definitely book again.
Great location and beautiful new home with everything you need for you and your family to enjoy all that the black hills has to offer. Fully furnished, clean, and made for a great family getaway that we all needed to unwind for a few days!
