Facing Orient Bay beach condo 3bdr SEA VIEW

Welcome to the Tamaris ! your dream beachfront apartment at Orient Bay. Designed to accommodate up to 6/7people, our apartment offers a unique experience blending comfort and breathtaking sea views.

Ideal for 6 people, it features 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms—one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed. Additionally, there's a spacious mezzanine on the upper floor with 2 separate beds or a king-size double bed (this space is better for older children/teenagers or adults, stairs are a bit steep). On the mezzanine, we can add an extra bed (for an additional fee) for a 7th person.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals with ease. It opens up to a carefully decorated and spacious living room. Enjoy the sea breeze on the terrace while admiring the stunning view of the sea and Baie Orientale Beach.

Located in the heart of Baie Orientale Park, the apartment provides exclusive access to a double pool, is just 50 meters from the beach, includes a parking space, WiFi, and air conditioning in all rooms.

The prime location allows you to explore local culinary delights, shop on foot, and, of course, enjoy one of the island's most beautiful beaches right at your doorstep.

All linens are provided free of charge: towels, beach sheets, and bed linens. Cap Sxm concierge service will welcome you and assist you during your stay, organizing activities or helping with your shopping needs.

Great location!

Our stay was fantastic, thanks to the prime location of this property. With the beach just across the street and numerous restaurants and a supermarket nearby, convenience was unparalleled. The house itself was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the manager's responsiveness made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We were excited about this stay before we arrived. We arrived and everything was great. The next day we go to the beach and we come back and there is near no water pressure. We reached out and she said orient bay has water problems. Made it sound like it was our fault for not researching the water there even though in her advertisement it says efficient water. We could not use both showers at the same time let alone run the sink water at the same time. Then I was moving my bags around and we had ants in the main bedroom. I have photos. In her advertisement she also says what's included and we are trying to find extra garbage bags. we come to find out she only includes ONE garbage bag for over a week stay. We paid a pretty penny to stay here and now we are responsible to provide her with extra garbage bags as well. I would not stay here again.
