Amazing

House and property are incredible- house is well equipped with a great layout and has an enormous yard. Host was incredibly helpful. Walking distance from Wade’s beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing family beach holiday

We had a great 10 days staying on Shelter Island. The house is well maintained, very clean and has a well equipped kitchen. The best part is without doubt the huge garden for our young kids (3 and 4) to run around in, while we watched them from the kitchen or outdoor dining table. They had a blast watching the wild turkeys roost every night in the trees! The house is also ideally situated just 5 mins drive from Wades Beach, which is a great family beach, and nowhere in Shelter Island is more than a short drive away. Communication with the property owner was superb. He kindly gave us some recommendations for kid activities and was on hand whenever we had a question or need. It was a real pleasure dealing with him. All in all a great vacation - we would definitely come back.

Wonderful Stay

Our stay on Shelter Island was absolutely lovely. My children were delighted to see deer and wild turkeys in the backyard. The kitchen was well equipped. We were comfortable in a clean and inviting house! So close to beaches perfect for swimming. Can’t wait to stay again.

Shelter Island Family Vaca

We had an amazing time at this property. The backyard space was lovely for kids to run around. Property was clean. Owner was very responsive. We loved it!
