Living room (sofa bed, TV)/kitchenette renovated in 2024 (fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, washing machine, oven/microwave combination)
Shower room, separate toilet,
Bedroom with double bed, storage space and TV (French windows leading to the courtyard)
First floor:
Bedroom with double bed and storage space.
Air conditioning ONLY on the ground floor.
Outside: enclosed courtyard (garden furniture, parasol and electric barbecue).
This rental has WiFi.
Numbered private parking space.
The plus: Air conditioning, swimming pool, private courtyard at the house.
Ideal for family holidays.
