Cooking for many is an easy task with a large, state-of-the-art kitchen. Plus, the custom monkey pod slab dining table graciously seats twelve. Fully air conditioned house, both upstairs bedrooms, downstairs bedrooms, living room and dining room to keep the entire home cool and comfortable for everyone! Enjoy the heated salt water pool with a cascading waterfall in a private and tropical outdoor setting! The estate comes fully stocked with all the beach gear needed so you can make the most of your island vacation.

The best part about this beautiful home in Princeville is the pool and the spa in the backyard. We spent a lot of time out there. There were 10 of us that traveled together: my son and his family, my daughter and her family. It was perfect for the kids and the kitchen and the dining room were plenty big enough to accommodate everybody. We were close to a grocery store and a Shave ice stand, and other things that we needed. You do need to know that this is in a neighborhood. So there are noise regulations and that sort of thing, but we didn’t have any issue with that. The view outside around the pool and out the windows on the back of the house show a beautiful mountain in the distance, so it is quite peaceful, serene and wonderful.

Great spot for a group vacation!

We stayed here with a group of 8 and absolutely loved our accommodation! The house was so well equipped with everything we could think of - including beach gear, plenty of towels, and a great kitchen. The outdoor area was beautiful and relaxing and we were within walking distance of a gorgeous golf course and Hideaway beach. Highly recommend staying here!

We had an amazing time at this property! The home was exactly as described and even more beautiful in person. The location was perfect for our family vacation, with easy access to nearby attractions and stunning views. This property will not disappoint! We can't wait to book again. Plenty of room, full of amenities and close to all things tropical like beaches, hiking and breathtaking views. Dream vacation

This property was absolutely perfect for my family. Everything was clean and organized. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided to us. Each room had its own temperature control so each bedroom could be set to its own comfort level. The kids loved the salt water pool and not having all the chemicals made it nice for extra long dips. The landscaping in the backyard as well as around the house was so beautiful. We will definitely be coming back to this property in the future.

The house was absolutely beautiful and the whole process was incredible. The team really helped us plan out our entire trip by providing great referrals on the island for our activities, entertainment, and food options so it was even more than we had hoped for. I would highly recommend this property, especially to those who have not been to the island of Kauai before!! Such a memorable trip!

Fabulous week in every respect!

It's more wonderful than the photos! There are 4 roomy bedrooms and one small one. he living spaces are roomy and perfectly furnished and laid out for a large group to have plenty of space and various spaces. Of course the best part is the covered patio and lovely warm pool--which is larger than shown in the photo. It's plenty big for adults to take a dip. The foliage around the yard has matured so it's very private. We never really needed to leave, and were always happy to return. It's easily walkable to both Queens Bath and Hideaways Beach. Thank you for sharing this lovely home!

Relaxation in Kauai

The house is beautiful, and has everything you could need in a home away from home. We did nothing but relax while we were there, the grill was a great bonus. the house was amazing. 2 master rooms, large complete kitchen. large dining room table beautiful solid wood table plenty of seating. bar/ counter seating in addition to out door large tablea for 6 each. the indoor living and outdoor living were fantastic. salt water pool delightfuland hot tub perfect after a day of activites!

A dream vacation

We brought our family to this magical place for our destination wedding and it was beyond perfect. This home offers everything you need. Everyone was so comfortable and we all had plenty space. The pool was a big hit. My 7 year old spent every day in the backyard. Thank you for making our stay perfect!! I will definitely come back !!!
