The apartment on the ground floor is 100 square meters and is suitable for up to 5 people. It is fully furnished and invites you to a relaxed holiday to relax, offers enough space for a family with children or for couples as well as for seniors.
The apartment has a large living area with a flat-screen TV and radio and a wide window front, a dining room and a separate brand new kitchen that is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee machine, toaster and much more. Furthermore, it offers 3 bedrooms, one large with a double bed, a smaller one with a single bed and the third with a bunk bed. A travel cot and high chair (both possible on request) as well as bed linen, towels and dish towels are also available. In addition to a shower, the bathroom also has a corner bath and a mirror cabinet. The large winter garden with another dining area leads into the garden. There is a fixed grill and garden furniture. The apartment includes bicycle parking and 2 parking spaces.
WiFi with 25 GB per 2-week rental period included, additional data volumes can be booked for a fee.

14 Tage Immenstaad im Hause Böttiger

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Hause Böttiger genossen. Wohnung war gut eingerichtet, Geschirr im Überfluss. Bei Problemen konnten wir bei der Tochter von Hr. Böttiger nachfragen und wurden bestens beraten. Kleiner Minuspunkt WLAN war nicht immer eingeschaltet. Die Wohnung kann ich bestens weiterempfehlen.

Urlaub mit Enkeln am Bodensee

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und freundlich. Da sie die Wohnung auch selber nutzen, war alles wie zu Hause. Komplett eingerichtet und gepflegt. Waren noch vor Ort, als wir ankamen und hatten auch noch Ausflugstipps vorbereitet. (empfehle den nächsten Mietern auch den Weg zur Bushaltstelle Airbus31 durch die Siedlung zu erklären. Wir sind ziemliche Umwege gelaufen) Hatten mit unseren drei Enkeln ausreichend Platz und es war ein schöner Ausgangspunkt für unsere Unternehmungen. Auch der Kontakt mit der Tochter des Vermieters, die die zweite Wohnung im Haus in der zweiten Woche bezogen hat, war sehr nett. In Summe entspannt und ein schöner Urlaub.

Sehr sauber, super ausgestattet, schöne Lage und schöner Garten. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen! Perfekt für Kinder, da zwei Kinderzimmer und eingezäunter Garten. Immenstaad bietet auch viele Möglichkeiten und ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.

Geräumig und gemütlich

Für uns, Familie mit drei Kindern, war das Haus perfekt. Es war geräumig, hervorragend eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Die Kücher ist besser eingerichtet als unsere eigene zuhause! Die Lage ist ruhig und äußerst verkehrsgünstig. Wir würden wieder hinfahren!

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Herr Böttiger, ist ein sehr angenehmer Vermieter. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Was vielleicht besser wäre aus zwei kleinen Zimmern, ein großes zu machen. Aber das ist klagen auf hohem Niveau. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt . Man hat Bäcker und einen Supermarkt direkt in der Umgebung. Auch der Weg nach Immenstaad, keine 15 min.zu Fuß und auch direkt an den See. Danke an Familie Böttiger

Wir konnten unseren Urlaub sehr genießen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber, geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden.
