◦ ​Vessel restrictions: 22' maximum length. Vessels must fit entirely within the property boundary and must be verified prior to booking. Vessels are not permitted on holiday weekends.
◦ ​Additional vehicles: May be subject to park fees as outlined in the campground rules.
• ​Stay Requirements: 48 hours required between bookings. A 3-night minimum stay applies to all holidays and the popular Lobster Mini Season.

We really enjoyed our stay at Calusa! The people we met there were very inviting and friendly. The manatees were the cherry on top for my little girl!

Poor communicating with the property mgr. After buying $300 in groceries the stove didn’t work. The master room is extremely hot also. Overall not terrible either
