This property has full golf membership and FULL AMENITY ACCESS and is located within 6 miles of Disney theme parks and many other major attractions and only 30 minutes to/from Orlando International Airport. This spacious unit is conveniently located in the Villas South Community in very close proximity to the waterpark and the Grande hotel which boasts 3 restaurants including the Eleven and a rooftop pool. The home has 3 large bedrooms and each includes an en suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a KING sized bed and full bathroom with a bathtub and large separate shower with direct access to the large balcony, a 65" television and work desk. The second bedroom has a QUEEN sized bed, en suite bathroom with bath/shower combo and 55" Smart HDTV. The third bedroom offers 2 FULL SIZE beds, en suite bathroom with a bath/shower combo and 55" Smart HDTV.
The oversized balcony has a beautiful view of tropical trees and plants, walking paths and green space. There is outdoor seating for SIX and room for more on the spacious balcony.
This home has a fully equipped kitchen which includes granite counters, bar height granite counter top with 3 bar height stools, and a large glass dining room table with seating for SIX. A front load washer and dryer with starter laundry detergent is included.

The living area has an oversized couch perfect for a family or group of friends with a 75" Smart HDTV and cable.

This vacation home is professionally managed by a licensed and approved property management company that ensures top notch service which includes theme park ticket sales, resort amenity access and enhanced cleaning procedures.

Comfortable and clean condo

Condo was large and clean. Comfortable beds and couch. Water park was a quick walk down the road and was lots of fun for both kids and adults! Condo balcony was lovely for sitting outside with my morning coffee or evening book. Would stay again!

Loved our stay here! Exactly as advertised, walkable to the resort amenities and an easy drive to Disney. The owners were very responsive to our questions, we would definitely come back!

Lovely Property

We enjoy staying at Reunion when in Orlando. This was our first time renting a condo. This condo was very nice. It was just as described. We had a hiccup with our keypad, but everyone quickly worked to resolve the situation. We will definitely stay again. Thank you!
