Kapalua Ridge Villa 2622 is a high-end 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa situated on the second level that can accommodate up to 4 guests. Step inside the bright and airy main living area featuring Hawaiian-inspired decor and furnishings with a window air-conditioner and ceiling fans to cool the condo. The European-designed kitchen features high-end appliances Just off of the living area there is a wonderful expansive lanai that is a perfect spot to enjoy the tropical surroundings. The serene master bedroom is on the second floor with a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom, and sweeping ocean views. The bedroom has a private lanai, the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee. The master bathroom is beautifully updated with dual sinks and a large walk-in shower. (The small tub in the master bathroom is not operational.)

The living area has a queen-size sofa bed and another full bathroom for additional guests. Enjoy all kinds of luxury with breathtaking views, gorgeous interiors, and access to fantastic amenities. Endless ocean views from the expansive private lanai will give new meaning to your Maui experience.

Such a beautiful view & amazing location!

My husband and I loved staying here! The view from the bedroom is absolutely incredible. We loved being near the golf course and we were only a short walk from the beach. Definitely would recommend!

Incredible View

This particular Ridge unit has one of the best views on Maui, especially from the second floor bedroom. The kitchen has fantastic appliances, and the rest of the unit is very nice. Overall I found it a convenient and great place to stay in Kapalua.

The Ridge in Kapalua is a very well kept secret. We had use of the Montage and Ritz Carltons pools and beaches. The condo is perfect for two adults. The price was Terrific for what we got. So much to do around there. We will be back.

The property was very nice and everything was smooth during our stay. High end appliances and well stocked kitchen. The views from both levels are amazing! Do be aware that there are about 20 stairs from the parking to the unit, but the unit is great and worth it!

Loved it. Would stay again. Most amazing vast ocean views from both bedroom and living room. Can see both Molokai and Lanai. Be prepared for stairs though if that's an issue for you. Unit well maintained. The community is quiet and peaceful. Walkable to coastal trails, hiking trails, restaurants, general store, etc.

Overall excellent stay!

Nice location and plenty of amenities included. I like the keypad entry so there's no key transfer. Clean property, plenty of kitchen utensils and dishes, silverware. Clean bathrooms and showers with plenty of amenities. Master bed was comfortable, but the sofabed was marginally OK. The can opener in the kitchen did not work (that should be replaced).

The condo is great! Amazing view! Perfect location. They only thing I would say is I wish they would have turned the air on and had it cooled off. It was extremely hot for 3-4 hours. The afternoon sun shines in the condo and is very warm. The place could use heavier curtains to draw closed during the heat of the sun. Sheer curtains do not keep out the heat.

Fantastic views from both Lanai's

The views from both Lanai's was awesome. The Condo Location was great. For the most part it was very quiet and private. However a few days we encountered loud construction noise from a remodel going on in a Condo close by. We did receive an email from property management about a week prior to leaving for Maui. They warned us of possible remodel noise and apologized for the situation which was out of their control. Overall however it is a great Condo.

We loved the location of our condo! It is conveniently situated to everything we wanted to do in Kapalua: gorgeous beaches, hiking, and lovely spots to eat at the Ritz, Montage, and Office Road. The only downsides to the condo were the dated interiors (stained carpet) and the ensuite shower, which is not well-designed (have to work to keep water from pouring out of the shower onto the floor because there is no door and the shower head is not well positioned). Aside from those minor inconveniences, the condo was clean and My Perfect Stays was responsive (replaced a broken beach chair) and so helpful with booking activities and restaurant reservations! They made wonderful recommendations and really listened to what we wanted out of our stay in Kapalua. We had a wonderful stay!

Pro’s: Great location. Walk to great beach Kapalua. The view was awe inspiring. Honestly the pictures don’t truly show the view. It’s whale season and being able to watch them from the lanai was amazing. Able to snorkel, run a trail, and easy access to main roads. Saw some amazing rainbows from the lanai. Quiet neighborhood. Had all the essentials needed to feel like home. Con’s: needs updates. The master bath tub is broken and honestly take it out and make a bigger shower. Would love more comfortable pull out couch to chill on. We did have some pests, but that is to be expected on an island. The location, and view are worth it for the price, as everything is expensive in Maui.

Pictures were a little misleading.

Property and stay were ok, nothing was so bad that I wouldn’t recommend staying here..just a few things that were disappointing for the prices. Some updates are definitely needed, as we had a few issues with older appliances. There was easy communication with property manager and the view was great. Also would add that there is no bedroom door, so that was difficult with a little one who needed to sleep. Overall the experience was okay! However for the price I will probably look elsewhere next time.

Great spot in Kapalua

We stayed here for a few days before getting married here in Kapalua, the condo is wonderful with the cute 2 level split and wonderful views! We are frequent visitors of the Kapalua villas and this unit is definitely lovely like the others available . There are pros and cons but overall a very good stay and the condo provided everything we needed for the trip. The top highlights are: amazing ocean views, Easy check-in and the bed was very comfortable! The cons: the tub was not usable! Bedroom gets great morning lights but didn’t not have dark enough shade option (for any late sleepers) and the kitchen lacked some proper tools for really cooking but simple stuff is doable. Would love to stay here again when the tub is fixed, really a shame as we really looked forward to this amenity but wasn’t told about the unavailability.

The condo was nice, but outdated in some ways. Some of the lights did not work, the switches were seemed old and cheap, and it was hard to figure out what switches went to what. I also had the feeling as thought he carpet was not vacuumed completely as it seemed as though things were sticking to my feet as I walked around. I know this seems petty, but they were some of my negative observations. Now for the good part. The view was awesome! We were able to see whales in the ocean from our balcony. Bring some binoculars if you want a really good view, otherwise it is kinda just some splashing. The condo had everything that you would need for a vacation and stay there. There was stuff for the beach (snorkels, beach chairs, etc.) and all of the cooking utensils you may need for a night in. Parking was great! The area was quiet and the pool is just steps away. Overall, I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a private area with all the amenities of home.

Beautiful views, great bed, comfortable furniture, pool so nice and just across the driveway. Needs a new front door light, hard to find in the dark. Twenty one steps up good exercise but not if you have heavy luggage. Nice restaurants nearby but hard to get a reservation. Loved this place, management company very communicative, unit very clean.

We absolutely loved our time at the villa. It was an easy walk to the Ritz and Montage where we enjoyed snorkeling, jumping in waves, quieter beaches and fun beach bars. We looked at other units in the complex and most are outdated compared to this unit. We would not hesitate to stay in this unit again - soon!
