The Ski Soleil residence in Vars Les Claux is ideally located in the resort centre, close to all shops and 100 metres from the ski slopes and ski lifts. The building is composed of 8 floors with lift, ski lockers and caretaker. The apartment consists of an equipped kitchen area, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a sleeping area with a double bed on the mezzanine and an extra mattress for two people below, and finally a bathroom with toilet. The bathroom was completely redone in December 2023: shower & toilet, hair dryer, storage. A laundry room is available in the shopping arcade at the foot of the building.
