Casa Sirena is an exceptionally well maintained and fully furnished ocean front home located in the security patrolled community of Las Conchas. Huge oceanfront patio with fire pit, barbeque, hot tub, beach shower, kayaks.
Air conditioning, fully equipped modern kitchen including dishwasher, washer and dryer, live streaming tv, internet and phone service.
Las Conchas is a quiet community away from the town crowds. It is a great place for families, or those looking for a romantic getaway. Just a 10 minute drive into town with restaurants, bars, fresh fish and shrimp market, shopping, etc.

The house has a great layout and was well stocked. Everything was in working order and Galo was very responsive if you needed to get in touch with him. Truly enjoyed and our stay and we were very impressed with the property. Thanks!

MOST IMPRESSIVE BEACH FROM RENTAL IN LAS CONCHAS

My husband and I, my sister and another couple friends of our went down for a last minute weekend chill in Rocky Point. I have rented 6 different home on the beach in Las Conchas over the last 10+ years. There is seriously not a single rental that has been more true to it's description! In fact they don't give themselves enough credit. Gallo was really easy to communicate with. check in was ridiculously easy BUT this house was immaculately clean. Nothing in the place was rusted (which is rare by the ocean). It is clear the owners of this home take excellent care of it. ALSO, this was the best stocked kitchen I have seen in any VRBO anywhere and we use a lot of them. The pots and pans could be used to cook because they weren't losing the coating. There were enough glasses for an army (also rare, weird)! The beds were very comfy and so was the furniture. The patio had lots of comfortable functional not rusted chairs. You could eat straight off of the BBQ it was so clean. Lastly, the Jacuzzi and fire pit were amazing! We used both every night! We were in a nice location just past where the old guard shack used to be. The beach right there has a lot of shells and rocks but in the fall/winter months we don't go in the ocean anyway. The icing on the cake was dolphin watching season was in full force. Several pods passed by us several times a day. Thank You Gallo for an amazing home to enjoy! We will definitely be back if you'll have us.
