Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming apartment for rent in Toulouse, located in the historic heart of the old town. With a surface area of 69 m² and able to accommodate up to 4 travelers, it is located on the 1st floor (no elevator). It comprises an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room (with shower and double basin). Cleaning is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:

We had an EXCELLENT stay at this apartment in December 2025. It has all the accessories and accommodations that we needed. The one downside is of course the street noise. Nor anything to do with the apartment though. It’s a very popular thoroughfare. Also, it was during New Year’s Eve…expect the noise! Highly recommend. Hamida welcomed us, showed us around and was extremely accommodating regarding our exit time from the residence. We loved it!

L' appartement en lui même est très bien décoré et équipé.
Seuls petits bémols, absence de climatisation (ventilateurs à disposition) et une tringle qui s'est décrochée (intervention rapide du propriétaire).

Roma Maximus Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à Toulouse dans cet appartement, idéalement placé pour tout faire à pied. C’est dans l’hyper centre donc avec beaucoup de passage Jour et Nuit, mais l’insonorisation est très bien. Nous avons très bien dormi. L’appartement est vaste, on s’y sent très bien, je recommande.
