The host was VERY communicative. They checked in on me frequently. The kitchen was fully stocked and the house was gorgeous. The neighborhood is quiet and has LOTS of deer.
Our stay at Millstone was just fantastic. The location feels remote yet close to town. The house is set up perfectly for gatherings of family and friends. We would definitely stay at Millstone again.

We stayed at this beautiful, clean, and well stocked home for a few nights in June. We were close to the springs, restaurants, and caverns. Great vacation! Loved the fishing board game too, was like reality, lol!

we are so glad you had a great stay! We hope to welcome you back!
Very clean with lots of space. Entire home is well stocked. We enjoyed paddling down the water. Very nice location, close to the state parks and grocery store.
We were so pleased upon check-in (a very smooth process) to see that the listing pictures and the actual home were just alike. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms spacious, the kitchen a chef's dream, and the entire back wall of sliding doors allowed us the most beautiful view of the yard and the river. We enjoyed sitting on the dock and using the kayaks. Such a peaceful place! We were five adults and couldn't have been happier with the accommodations! The next time we visit family in Marianna, we definitely hope to stay here again!
Overall stay was very pleasant. Well stocked with supplies. Clean upon arrival. Check in was easy. Kitchen facilities decently stocked. Host was very nice and helpful. Very spacious ; nice bedrooms and living areas. The only thing not fond of was refrigerator. Everything else was perfect !
What a wonderful property! It has an amazing view! Lots of room to spread out. Excellent condition and comfort! The Host was so attentive and helpful. We will for sure use this Vrbo again!!! Great Location!!
Beautiful. Peaceful. Relaxing. Kerri was very attentive and quick to answer any questions. We loved watching the deer by the lake, the racoons and listening to the owls. we left with our souls rested and spirits uplifted. The experience was amazing. We enjoyed the nearby sights as well. The Caverns, Falling Water State Park and we took a 32 mile bike ride from Tallahassee to St marks River. Thank you Kerri for the use of your beautiful home
We have stayed here several times. It is exactly as described. It’s furnished well and has several kayaks and a canoe. Property has a large backyard that is always well kept. My boys will usually have a wiffle ball game or a football game going at any time back there. The dock is in good condition and we always fish - we don’t always catch fish though! There is hydrilla around the dock, but we will still swim from there out to the middle. The kitchen is large and well stocked. The linens and beds are super comfy, and the house is always clean.
Millstone is an absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The house is right on the water that is crystal clear and cold. Host is super friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to stay here again!!!
This property is amazing! From the ever attentive owner making sure you have all that you need to the peaceful solitude of reading a book on the dock listening to birds while surrounded by trees full of Spanish Moss…. We will definitely be trying to book here again next year and telling everybody they should make it a must stay at some point!
We really enjoyed this newer house on the pond. We used the kayaks and canoes to paddle around and fish. The backyard is big enough for a family wiffle ball or football game. The house is beautifully decorated and they left the lights on for our late arrival! Lots of towels and necessities. We didn’t make it to Blue Springs but definitely want to go next time!
This is a beautiful property right on the water. I stayed with my husband and two kids ages 9 and 10. We enjoyed sitting on the dock, kayaking and fishing. A few passing storms caught us and we were able to sit and play some games inside. House is equipped with everything you need. If we find ourselves back in the area we would stay again.
Very nice house, with plenty of room. Everything needed for our stay was at the home. The driveway is no joke. You need to be careful backing out of the parking spot. The dock was very nice and relaxing, and the yard was huge. Beautiful location and very quiet and relaxing. The only issue we had was the bathroom sinks. They sat so high my wife had to stand on her tiptoes to brush her teeth. I'm 6' and had a little trouble as well. I would highly recommend this location to others.
I reserved the house for my 2 sons and their families who were in Marianna for our 50th wedding anniversary! The house is stunning! The owner has thought of everything you might need while staying there. The house is beautifully furnished! There are games, kayaks, a great dock and ample room to play a game of football! A great deck overlooks the Mill Pond! The entire back of the house has sliding glass doors that provide a wonderful view! There are plenty of areas to simply sit back and relax. If we could give the property 10 stars we would! Looking forward to reserving it again for a December wedding!
I run a documentary film production company and we do location shoots all over the world. We have a small team and we usually rent a house (often through VRBO) so we can all stay in a nice place, with common areas, a kitchen, etc. because it's so much nicer than hotel rooms. This wonderful home is one of the best we have ever rented. Never mind that it's brand new, wonderfully located, and beautifully furnished, the owners have also equipped the kitchen well for cooking (so often not the case in vacation rental properties). I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this home, the dock, and the location on the lake. Kerri the owner is super helpful and delightful. You can't go wrong with this house, and rent yourself a boat at Cave Adventurers up the pond! We plan to be back!
This home is the "homeiest" place we have ever booked! I am 45 years old, but for some reason I kept coming back to the feeling I had when I would come home from college for a weekend. My mom would make sure everything was perfect and you could tell she was excited to have me home! That was exactly how this felt! It was decorated so nicely for Thanksgiving. every room was spotless and well appointed, I think it would be impossible to name an item you needed in the kitchen that wasn't available. And of course the property itself is gorgeous. My husband loved it, my 12 & 13 year old loved it and our Sheepadoodle thought it was great too! He even made friends with the cat that I think was part of the property-or we hope so bc we fed him the cat food in the pantry! lol I do want to point out that they are not joking when they say the driveway is steep, so be prepared! My only complaint is this is not our permanent residence. :)
This was a great place for a getaway for my husband's birthday weekend. He loved being able to walk out the door and go fishing - and he caught so many fish! We enjoyed the kayaks as well. The house is comfortable and well-appointed with everything one needs for a pleasant stay. The host is conscientious and responsive to questions.

Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect blend of natural beauty, peaceful surroundings, and authentic local charm. Set along miles of crystal‑clear, spring‑fed water, the area feels like a hidden sanctuary—quiet, scenic, and wonderfully unhurried. What we enjoy most is the sense of calm that settles in as soon as you arrive. The mornings are peaceful, the light on the water changes throughout the day, and wildlife frequently wanders by, creating a feeling of being close to nature while still having access to everything you need. The neighborhood also has a welcoming, down‑to‑earth atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where you can slow down, explore by kayak, take a relaxing walk, or simply sit outside and listen to the sounds of the pond. And nearby, you’ll find great places to eat, unique local spots to visit, and plenty of opportunities for adventure—whether you’re into springs, trails, or small‑town charm. It’s truly a special area, and one we love sharing with others.
What makes this property unique
What makes our property truly unique is the combination of thoughtful design, unforgettable views, and the natural beauty that surrounds it. Millstone blends mid‑century industrial style with the calm of spring‑fed water right outside the door, creating a retreat that feels both luxurious and deeply connected to nature. The 36 feet of glass in the main living area frames the water like a moving landscape, making the outdoors part of the home itself. Guests also love the private, fully furnished 500‑sq‑ft dock—an extension of the living space where you can enjoy sunrise coffee, launch a kayak, or relax under the evening sky. The property’s peaceful 1.4‑acre setting adds to the experience, offering rare privacy and a true sense of escape while still being close to everything you need. What sets Millstone apart most is the environment around it. The spring‑fed water is crystal clear and full of life, and it’s common to spot otters, deer, owls, and other wildlife throughout your stay. With kayaks, canoes, a fire pit, and plenty of cozy spaces to unwind, Millstone offers a blend of comfort, adventure, and tranquility that’s hard to find anywhere else. It’s a place designed for making memories—and one that many guests say they never want to leave.
