Perfect for a weekend gathering or longer stay

We extended at this property a number of times due covid-related assignment delays, and stayed about 4 months in all. So we know it quite well. The owner was very easy to communicate with, familiar with both work and leisure travel issues, and as accommodating as possible. Please see my other review. But in short, the house is very nice, well equipped and super comfortable, and the area is very convent to many amenities. My whole family was very happy and comfortable. There were great spaces for everyone to both work, school and play in the home. The neighbors are very private and quiet, the area felt very safe, and the house it at the end of a cul de sac. We really liked the house and the area. Its a great location for an extended temporary stay.

Very comfortable for a family gathering

We booked a long stay and extended due to assignment delays related to covid. It was stressful for the family not knowing when our assignment would go forward, but thankfully we were staying at Holly Treeside! The house is so comfortable with everything you need. The house was beautifully renovated fairly recently . The kitchen is extremely well stocked. The beds are super comfortable. The bathrooms are very nicely updated. The master bath is palatial. There are several large smart TVs and lots of pleasant spaces so even if you have kids homeschooling and parents working from home, you will never feel cramped. The neighborhood is super safe and the backyard is fenced. The house is easy driving distance to any shop you could wish for. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home, comfortable stay

This was the most beautifully decorated rental home I have ever stayed in. Our family group, ages 6 to 76, were very comfortable in the large house and enjoyed the pleasant deck and patio out back. We were a short ride from the metro and grocery store and beltway.

My journey here started when I was looking to book a place for a family vacation. Most of what I found are comfortable accommodation but lack a designer’s touch. I wanted to be in a beautiful house that would make me go to that destination just because I wanted to stay there.

So I set out to creates such homes.

I am the designer and contractor for my properties. The homes I created are luxury, fully remodeled with all modern amenities. The interiors are designed to evoke the aesthetic and style of the regional location.

My goal is to make your stay a destination within your destination.

My daughter helps me with management of the properties. Together we aim to make your stay memorable and comfortable.

Why they chose this property

This house is designed for good living, enjoyment, and luxury. It has a brand new gourmet kitchen fully equipped for cooking and baking. A large dining room table that can accommodate 10 seats. There is also a breakfast table in the kitchen that can seat 6. The five bedrooms are designed for style and comfort. All bathrooms have been fully renovated. The master bathroom features a wet room containing both the shower and the bathtub. The floors are heated for a luxury bathing experience. There is a gym in the basement with an elliptical and weight machine. A large and bright office space with high-speed internet. A completely fenced backyard and a large patio and grill are accessible from the walkout basement. A large deck is accessible from the first-floor family room surrounded by two gorgeous Holly trees!!

This is a quaint family neighborhood. You'll see people walking their dogs or riding bikes. There are dedicated bike lanes from the community to the Mall, Metro, or the Mosaic district. There is also a beautiful bike or walk trail only that takes you directly to the heart of Vienna downtown with coffee shops and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

The house is within minutes of two metro stations. The Tyson’s corner mall is a 30-minute leisurely walk or 15 minutes bike ride. Tyson’s corner area is filled with all kinds of restaurants. More restaurants and shopping is also minutes away at the Mosaic District with communion spaces, fountains, outdoor walking, and an outdoor movie screen. The house is between two city downtowns, Vienna and falls church with antique shopping, restaurants, and weekly fresh produce markets
