We brought our whole family, 6 adults, an 8-year old and a 1 1/2 year old. There was plenty of room. The condo was clean, well stocked and nicely decorated.

Great family spot!

We loved this place! The location was great and it fit our whole family! We loved that they had beach gear for us! The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans which made it easy to make meals!

Poipu Kai Resort

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was spacious and comfortable for the 7 of us that stayed there. It was close to the beach and great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay while on Kauai.

Pretty awesome place!

I really enjoyed this location with my family. It was a walking distance to the beach, we took many morning walks. This particular apartment had some outdated things or appliances that did not work. We had 2 toasters and only half of one worked haha I have no idea how that happened. Some of the couches were dirty and sticky. Patio furniture were old and in some places torn. Other than that, we enjoyed the amenities the apartment came with. The beach toys, water shoes and snorkel gear was nice to have. Overall, I give it 4 stars.

August Family Vacation

Everything was as it appeared in the photos and we had a great time. However, t wasn't clear on the listing that there was NO air conditioning. There was only one portable unit in one bedroom. It was VERY hot everywhere and we had to request multiple addition al fans.

Nice place but no air conditioning!

We really enjoyed the condo even though it was a little worn out. Many little extras that were nice - ice chest, masks and snorkels, beach chairs, sun shade, fins, etc. Also the kitchen was really well stocked for baking, any cooking and even had a lot of spices to use! It was quite warm a few days/nights when air conditioning would have been really nice. There were fans, but one ceiling fan barely moved. The days it was breezy it was no problem. Overall very nice.

Very well stocked with everything we could need. Met our expectations.

The location was amazing and the accommodations were very comfortable. The only disappointment was that the condo was not air conditioned. However, there were fans available and the tradewinds were pleasant. We would definitely choose this condo again.

plenty of room

We enjoyed our stay in Feb. It was clean and close to the Hyatt, where the meetings my husband was attending were being held. The kids loved the beach toys there. We even made use of the car booster seat for the 7 year old. Would definitatly stay there again.
