I lived in this house for 10 years until I had a baby and got married. Now we live about 10-15 mins from the property and I manage the main house and this unit.

Why they chose this property
They have a very cool art fair called “Last Thursday” monthly during the summer. There are incredible restaurants nearby and I love the single origin coffee roasters! The BEST bbq join in the nation “Podnah’s” is a 5 minute walk from the house! Tons of great shops and food carts as well as a health food store are all within a few blocks!
What makes this property unique
This apartment is absolutely gorgeous… you get your own off street parking and completely separate entrance. There are no other units above or next to this one. You are the top floor and even have a view of the west hills from the 3rd story office/bedroom.
