Step back in time with us and enjoy a relaxed stay in one of four historic suites in the Magnolia Dreams Inn. Spend your days relaxing on the front porch in a rocking chair watching the train go by and sampling muscadine wine from local wineries. Six minutes door-to-door to the Duplin winery, the largest muscadine winery in the south. And only a 45 minute drive to Wilmington and Wrightsville or Topsail beaches.

Great First Bed and breakfast stay

Our stay here was great. It was our first time trying a bed and breakfast type set up and we loved it. Cozy southern home and Jessica was the best host.

Family Reunion 2024

We absolutely loved the history and ambiance of the property. We had everything we needed and appreciate the restoration process as well as the decor. Our host, Jessica was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed meeting her dog, Daphne!

Magnolia is a Quaint and Clean Inn

Jessica, the inn keeper was polite and kept us updated on our reservations. Our room was quiet, clean and cozy. I misunderstood that breakfast was included. We had difficulty finding a restaurant in or near Magnolia For breakfast.

We loved this property! The host was wonderful and worked with our late arrival, making our check and super easy. The house and the surrounding area made for a comfortable stay! We love the historic preservation of the house! Although there are several rooms that are rented, you have complete privacy and quietness. We would definitely stay here again! It was a wonderful experience :-)
