From here, a spiral staircase leads to the third-floor observation deck, where you’ll enjoy some of the best panoramic views of Marco Island.

Another guest bedroom features two full beds, a television, an en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks and a glass-enclosed shower, plus access to a front-facing balcony overlooking the entrance of the home. An additional full bathroom serves the second floor.
