This charming beach cottage is the perfect place to bring family and friends for that relaxing beach vacation you have been needing. Just 1 block from the sandy beaches of the Chesapeake Bay. Enjoy calm waters that are perfect for paddle boarding and kayaking and don't forget about those gorgeous sunsets on the bay! There is also a watersports equipment rental store just down the street! Take a stroll down the neighborhood bike path to the many award winning restaurants and a few stylish boutiques. First Landing State Park is also just 1 block away where you can enjoy hiking the many trails and participating in the fun, educational programs that the park has to offer. Just 5 minutes from the Oceanfront and 10 minutes from the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. This is a duplex and the unit next door (VRBO #2359484) can be rented as well for larger groups. This unit is dog friendly. If you have allergies please check out the unit next door, VRBO #2359484, which is pet free. Please note that this property is in a great location but on a busy street.
