Petite Maison Duplex Indépendante

We offer you our small duplex outbuilding, of about 30m2, located 12 minutes from Disneyland Paris and the RER An AND TGV Marne la Vallée-Chessy, 3 minutes from the banks of the Marne and the Morin and 2 minutes from the castle of Condé Sainte Libiaire.
We can accommodate up to 4 people.
The outbuilding is located on the grounds of our house, but its access is completely independent.
You can park your car safely inside the courtyard.
The accommodation
The small house is composed of an entrance with equipped kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator, 1 hob, kitchen equipment, filter coffee maker, crockery, as well as the necessary to clean)
You will also find a small bathroom, with sink, storage, shower, toilet.
On the ground floor, you can sit on a sofa that can be transformed into a pull-out bed for 1 or 2 people.
Upstairs, a mezzanine with 2 separate beds but which can also be grouped together for 1 bed for 2 people. Storage chests at your disposal.
We can accommodate up to 4 people. Ideal for families.
Traveller access
You will have access to the outdoor terrace and also have a parking space to park in the inner courtyard safely.
You will be totally autonomous and independent.
However, we are on the same ground if necessary.

You are a 2-minute walk from the Château de Condé, a small haven of peace offering a wooded park, an educational farm, a mini golf course and the Arribas shop which offers its glass blown works on the theme of Harry Potter.

For walks you are also 2 minutes walk from the banks of the Marne and the Morin.
You will find all amenities within 8 minutes by car, Grand Frais, Action, LIDL, the bakery, Carrefour Market, the petrol station.
You have access in less than 5 minutes on foot, to the Proxi supermarket, at the bottom of the village, next to the Castle.
