With a surface area of 20 m² , functional and specifically equipped to accommodate you as an individual or as a couple, the 5 studios of our hotel residence consist of a kitchenette (fridge, hotplates, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle ), a bathroom, a television and are spread over 4 levels.
Opening onto a small interior courtyard accessible to all, two single-storey studios on the ground floor have the necessary equipment to accommodate people with reduced mobility.
Ideally located in the heart of Saint-Malo, 150 m from the beach and close to all shops, our studios guarantee a successful stay.
