Just a quick overnight, but worth it

Thanks to unforseen circumstances, what was supposed to be a family gathering spot for the first WVU home game ended up being a big place for just my boyfriend and I. It was very clean, easy to find, and nice for parking. I do recommend keeping little ones or less stable people (... uh, me...) off the steps in the house. That last step krept up on me in the dark and my knees carry the battle wounds. But, overall, a very nice place!

Basic but functional. Took us a minute to get in to the property even with the code. Then there were a lot of stairs and they were steep. Don’t recommend for the elderly or those with older dogs. My Mom is in her seventies and had a difficult time with them. College town and the furniture definitely reminded me of my college days. Just a bed (as shown in the pictures) - no dressers or nightstands. Only four ceramic plates but paper plates, etc. A lot of the light bulbs were out. Two were working out of the chandelier. Only one out of three lights on the bedroom ceiling fan. Don’t recommend for dogs. (See picture.) You have to squeeze past this truck and dumpster to a patch behind the other townhouses that was about two feet wide and five or six feet long. It was rocky and covered in poop that other pet owners left behind. Really disgusting back there between the sights and smells.

This was our second stay for our son’s dorm move in. Property is in a great location with plenty of room to spread out. Property manager is easily accessible and prompt to answer any questions we had.

We stayed for our daughters graduation. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. It was also very close to campus making it easy to go back and forth during our weekend stay. Would definitely stay again if we visit in the future for football, or whatever.

Exactly what we needed

The property was exactly what we needed: A comfortable place relatively close to campus. Kitchen amenities were basic but we were not looking to cook. Neighbors were friendly. Ample room to spread out after a long day of tailgating and football. We will be back.

Great townhouse across the river from Morgantown

The townhouse was very clean and in good condition, and checkin was very easy! The twin mattresses were a little stiff, but that's the only negative I can think of!
