It comprises an attractive living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi, bed linen and towels extra - we're waiting for you!

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside: a terrace

The house is ideally located in Xonrupt-Longemer, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Walks around the Xonrupt Longemer lake, which is great for swimming on sunny days, as well as a nautical center offering electric boats, paddles, canoes and pedalos for hire, with food and beverage outlets.
- Visit the town of Gérardmer and its lake, with its electric boats, pedalos, promenade boats, casino, spa complex with swimming pool, bowling alley, skating rink and wellness center.
- There's also a sailing school on the lake, for beginners and experienced sailors.
- You can also swim in Lac de Gérardmer.
- Numerous textile factories and stores are also open to the public.
- The area is ideal for walking and cycling, as well as hiking and jogging.
- For mountain bikers and cyclists, there are numerous cycle paths and trails.
- In winter, there are numerous ski slopes nearby for downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing...
- You can also visit the many candy factories that make Vosges sweets, goat farms, clog-making factories, high-altitude gardens and take walks in nearby Alsace (Colmar, Munster, Strasbourg, the wine route...).

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free directly in the house's garage and private parking lot (two vehicles).

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made on site). Rates given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. You may be asked to pay a flat-rate supplement on site (arrival between 7pm and 9pm at €40, arrival between 9pm and midnight at €50).
